This is my 2nd gym session since the start of G.M.G.F. Im up 10 pounds since the 10 week challenge and Im eager beyond belief to get this weight off! I met up with Caliente’ for a one hour workout @ LA Fitness….however ran into an old trainer while on the eliptical, to then find out she’s teaching a robust weight training class….Felt like, okay, lets do this, so after 30 minutes on the eliptical, we headed over to the class..not ready for what’s about to come next. Oh Boy, she had us doing 50 squat intervals, with free weights, thus 100 lunges, and much more…My body is shaking and crying..feet burning and im like, Oh shit, when is this going to end…but very eager in my mind to know what ill look like if I was to do this several times a week. Well that kept me intruiged thus kept through the hour long class…The 70 interval sit ups had my stomach locked up a bit…almost screamed!! Looking around at all the skinny gurls but I kept up with them…so it didnt bother me none. Leaving the class, I feel accomplished. Now, im full of energy and dont know what to do with myself! Well, Im ready for round two. Ill keep you posted on how well I do this week!
